Small Group Training Classes
Small group training gives clients the opportunity to work out with friends for more motivation and accountability. Class sizes are comprised of 2-7 people per group.
Unlimited classes each week for $100/month.
Personal training gives clients one-on-one individual personal attention during each session. Trainers work with clients to modify movements, increase intensity, and make proper progressions.
1-4 sessions per week for $30-45 per session.
Combine personal training and classes in a hybrid program; HITT and bootcamp classes; attend a low-intensity strength & conditioning class or yoga class; or get a training program written for you if you live out of the area.
